Facts and Fiction:While most believe that an international driving license (IDL) is legally sufficient for driving in most countries of the world, with the exception of the host country IDL, this is not legally correct. In reality, international law states that a license is required "full" drivers plus an international driving license in order to comply with UN laws on international drivers permit.
